Sadly, the music industry is not without its disputes and fall-outs.

If you are in a position where you feel powerless or where another party seemingly has the upper hand during a falling out (whether contractual or otherwise), having experienced support and reliable independent advice can often be the difference between getting the outcome you desire, or not.

Whether you are trying to settle a tricky post-term commission matter with a former manager, or you're in dispute with your record label or publisher over their failure to act on their commercial obligations, it is my experience that most disputes can be resolved in a cost effective manner and before court action is required - and I am here to help.
